The Junipero Gin is a strong juniper gin from San Francisco, due to its alcohol content of 49.3% vol. It is produced using the classic dry gin method and contains extracts from more than a dozen botanicals. It combines a deep, mysterious spice in its own unique way. Its recipe is a closely guarded secret, so unfortunately we cannot say much about the botanicals used. On the basis of the taste, besides juniper and citrus peel, licorice, aniseed, cinnamon, and coriander can be identified.
